A board meeting took place on Monday. There was several main topics of discussion. First and foremost a bankruptcy reorganization was started. Mr. Jones has been diligently familiarizing himself with the financial condition of the company. According to the latest the numbers available to the company is doing great. As recently as last week Imagica completed a significant sale to Bacardi. The company is doing around $350,000 in gross sales per month at the moment.

One of team flew to North Carolina where he met with the bank that we will be a securing financing. Once the financing is in place, which should be shortly, we intend to settle the Chapter 11. With Imagica out of bankruptcy we will be in a postion to aggressively bring in new sales and supply the company with it's much needed to cash infusion. This cash will allow the company to operate at maximum capacity.

We feel after examining the situation we are still correct in estimates
that the company is capable of doing $9 million a year gross, with pre tax earnings of upto 30%. Traditionally the banner business has been a high margin business.

There are plans for vertical and horizontal integration in the future. But first we have to return the company to profitability, which should be done in short order after we are out of bankruptcy.

I look forward to bringing you regular updates from this point on.
