I just spoke w/ IR at SEPR. This came out of the blue for them. They have not received any notice about reimbursement, and had not received notice about the code change. The office that was doing the review, whose decision we were expecting later this summer or fall, is not the office that issued this code change decision. So far as SEPR knows, this was an independent decision and they don't know what, if anything, it telegraphs about ultimate reimbursement decision. A nice mess to drop in the new CEO's lap.
