In other words, South Korean politicians bought their way to this "historical precedent."

Which might not be that bad in the grand scheme of things, but let's not kid ourselves. North Korea still prefers handouts over cleaning up its own act.

I tend to agree with you. Now if S. Korea were clever, it would send this stuff up, whet the appetities of the N. Korean people and then cut them off again until Long John agrees to some democratization measures.

BTW how are you liking Berlin? It looked really cool in the Bourne Supremacy.
