"As for retail and pump prices not moving in sync," Not retail .. gas futures .. They would jump the fastest in the event of plant shutdowns or whatever. They have not jumped as fast as retail, pump prices have. They should have but did not. Price jumps at the pumps are leading of futures. What did the chinese guy name his black son? Som Ting Wong.
