On the Israeli nuke issue, I'm only speculating. The Zionists are the ultimate bullshitters of the world. Their entire existence is based on lies, and make believe. It is clear that Kennedy was opposing Israel's effort to build nukes in the early 60s. That means that the monitoring authorities would have been focusing on any seismic data that would indicate nuclear testing coming out of the Negev. In the 70s and 80s the nuclear monitoring passed to the international community. There are many members in that community that are sceptical of Israeli policies and would have gladly reported any aberrations in seismic data.
