I agree, but Cowpland announced last weekend that the buyback would start on Monday and the volume seems to back him up (did anybody else noticed how COS(FF)volume in NASDAQ and TSE stayed level up and until supply in NASDAQ dried up at which point trading continued at the TSE?)
