Sorry I didn't respond to your post sooner. I just checked back now for the first time since my post. This new information in your response to me sounds credible. However, your comments about a meeting with executives or/ the CEO seems to be only a play on words. From their answers it still looks like no such meeting took place.

As you state from Van Wagoner's conference call, they sold all positions in Cymer in each fund. I would then raise these questions.

1. Does Van Wagoner have a relationship with MS or Montgomery. The implications are obvious.
2. What was VW's average entry price in Cymer. Again the implications are obvious. Time to lock in profit anyway. Correct ?
3. If VW is still interested in Cymer, would it not be smart for them to wait until earnings are in, or at least to safely say there will be no earn. warnings or disappointments ?
4. You allude that Cymer has not cleared the air of uncertainties, to that I would add, Cymer's non disclosure agreement probably hinders that process. Correct ?
5. I have more questions, but I'll summarize this for now with the most striking one. If you are or were so concerned with VW's response to Cymer pulling out of the conference why in the world do you maintain a long position for your clients. That makes no sense at all !!!
