I can safely ASSURE you that the Bay of Pigs invasion... and the terrorist bombing of the civilian airliner which carried the Cuban Olympic team... and even the bombing of those poor tourists in their hotel rooms in Havana --- were ALL *well before* Clinton's Presidency. <g>

So, yes. These events all PREDATE Clinton's term. (No 'hiding' required....)
