Synthetically same as buying stock, correct? On pricing, I think the cut is much more than was stated. It will cause SEPR to completely exit Medicare channel from what I have read in past. On patent, they go longer to (from memory) 2011 for the better ones and somewhat longer for the iffier ones. Natexis thinks they lose patents in 2 years though. Jon
