IBM took off yesterday, because buyback will convincingly increase earnings per share. And Dow is marching towards 14,000 very quickly, because multinationals will build infrastructures(electrical power plants, water reservoirs, low cost housing and mega malls) around the world for underdeveloped countries. NASDAQ will follow; when Dow digests. Sunw will follow NASDAQ moves; but buyback plan will solidify by joining a stock pool for the market makers to cover investor demands as needed.
