Driving around Stuart/Hutchinson Island today saw lots of inventory, also lots of "Sales Office Opening Soon!" signs. Lennar's Whitemarsh townhouse development had a sales office with one car in the lot at 10am on Saturday. Another development a bit down the road was trying to sell lots from $199k, they built an impressive entrance and that was as far as they got.
