Perhaps the key word there is PROBATIONARY?? However, it sure smells like Amnesty, doesnt it? I can even accept that, what I CANT accept is the fact that we havent FIRST secured the border before passing this stuff. To me, this means the entire population of Mexico could, if they wished, rush across the border and get the Z Visa. Seems to me, if we are gonna admit we cant deport all the illegals presently in the country, we ought to AT LEAST make sure no more can join them before we start granting amnesty. jdn
