Voter fraud is a fraud by the GOP. There is no significant cheating at all on the democratic side, yet the wholesale GOP Karl Rove cheating has gone completely un-investuigated, of course. It's all a big smoke screen. The Rove GOP machine finds a couple of poor people who break a trivial rule to affect one or two votes and they charge them with a crime. Yet the GOP scrubs 57,700 mostly legal black voters in Ohio and tens of thousands more in Florida. Then they ignore 100,000 2004 Cleveland votes disappearing, make sure voting machines have no papertrail just in case they want to hack them, and basically fix the elections.

What we need are strong felony laws against election fraud. The congress is in the process of doing this, so in the future people like Karl Rove would get many years in prison.
