"Although Owl's comments regarding the short-term trading interests by Hedge Funds is accurate..."

I wouldn't count on that or any other "accuracy" in this market Mr. Mailard. And while I know the Vanguard and Barclay's groups have been playing with a few 100K for a very long time, I haven't seen any of the Fidelity funds in RMTR for well more than a year... am I missing one?

Whether I have or not, I don't see any reason for the unregulated hedge funds, the allegedly regulated, or the low turn over types to care about the auditor change, management agreements, or the option costs we're eating. They all have their trading games.

Take our largest holder at 3/31, the Ashford thing, I may be completely wrong but would bet my life... as well as JT's... that they earn substantial money lending their "low turnover" shares to the MM's and other shorts while waiting for The Holy Grail to arrive.... Or perhaps they have an affiliate entity shorting the beegeebees out of the stock to assure their "sub-2.75" entry fees... Or perhaps they do both?

Even so... I am amazed that they added more shares in Q1... Perhaps their loan rate goes up for hard to find issues? But whatever their game is, I can't see anyone putting $7M into RMTR long term without a trading hedge(s) of some kind to offset the profit/loss "investment" risk. The way this market is run they would have to be insane... or have ironclad inside info... to do otherwise. I don't know about any of the overseas markets, but the US financial market is now much like our currency... more illusory than real.

Mr. Weibezahl put it best I believe when he advised that the rational thing to do is attempt to trade with the volume players and take the profit when presented. My problem is that I am greedy... more egotistical than rational and... if backed into a corner... prone to opt for the bloody revolutionary solution. <Hoo><notso><Haa>

My only real chance is to be viewed as so much of a threat that THEY feel compelled to pay me off... I am after all much cheaper than the garment workers ever were. <g>
