Thank you for your inquiry.

It is always difficult to comment on market sentiment
and reaction to stock prices.
We recently announced promising drill results
at our Young-Davidson property.
We also announced a mine-life extension of one year
at our Kemess South mine.
Both of these announcements were extremely positive,
and would not have hurt our stock price.

However, the declining rate of our price may be due to
our recent copper hedging activities, where the balance
of 2007 copper production was sold forward at slightly
below $3.00 per pound.

Management believes that the price of copper will come down -
in fact, it has already dropped by 9.7% this week alone
and analysts believe that this price will drop further -
and the move to lock in prices slightly below $3.00 per pound
was a prudent one by management.

Once copper prices drop even further, we should see a healthy
rise in our stock price; however, and again I am emphasize,
it is difficult to comment on what the market is going to do
(if only we could all see into the future).

If you have any further questions, please let me know.

Kind Regards,
Keren Yun
