WSJ's "best on the street" stock picker has INAP has his current favorite stock: Mr. Ratliff's current favorite stock, Internap Network Services (3) Corp., offers a range of Internet products and services for businesses. The 38-year-old analyst is particularly bullish about the firm's ability to insert targeted multimedia advertisements into video and audio streamed to consumers over the Internet. Mr. Ratliff has rated the stock a buy since February 2006, and it more than tripled through the rest of last year.
