MIRCERA approval ML......MS was 70-35% approval before the FDA decision. Approval looks more like 100% now in 120 days.
The patent case is still up in the air. 7 patents. NKTR wins if AMGN receives royalties from Roche. it all about being on the market. Process patents have work arounds. JNJ may buy NKTR peg process if Roche wins. Courts decisions await both parties. I hear what you are saying, Im wrong and I may be, but it will be a while till we know 100%.
