Citigroup declares Xenopex a shot across the bow from coding. They mention Sepracor's recourse would be to sue, but then say the Medicare Modernization Act "seems to suggest the coding change can't be subject to judicial review." Citigroup are having a conference call today to discuss the effect of the coding change on Xenopex. They still like Sepr. They've lowered their target from $66 to $60. Ashley
