If you recall I thought N Ca real estate was falling in the beginning of this decade where others like gpowell and some others who post here thought it was going up. But after about 04, when Google IPOd, we had an inflection point and are climbing again, thats my view. When the median price declines here then I will say prices are declining. But I want the actual numbers to tell me that.
But that wasn't your view then, Lizzie. Anyone who cares to look will find hundreds of your posts on this thread during 2004 to 2006 saying Bay Area real estate was declining. In fact, in late 2005, you stated that you told “everyone” you know to sell their Bay Area home and rent. Here you are in late 2005 still clinging to the idea that real estate was declining Message 21675568
The fact is that I and several others (David Jones, Micawber, X Y Zebra, and Grace, to name a few), using median sales price and OFHEO repeat sales data, were telling you back in 2004/2006 that Bay Area prices were climbing again.
