I think the US has plenty of safeguards in the system now. It's keeping JAG in business. Sometimes I think to our detriment. The entire world is going to have to agree on torture and the definitions. Not just the US. That whole world definitely includes China, the Middle East, the Far East, India, and all the etcs.....
