I've "accidentally" recommended posts by holding the cursor in the general area of the 'next' link as I quickly go through messages. If the post is slightly larger than the previous one, I've hit recommend by mistake. Been trying to use the 'next' link on the top of the page instead of the lower one to circumvent that problem.
