Paul, I am assuming that TMM and AMCI do share the same office space now. However, I am wondering if Chili and the other engineers also are there or work out of their homes or ? I don't think it matters much either way right now but am just curious. Many software engineers nowdays are free lancers that work for 4 or 5 companies at the same time.

I think your questions are good questions but I also think you already know the answers to most of them as all of us do. Why continue to beat up TMMI when you know they are in the rebirth stage and are trying to develop products based on the Trudef compression engine and that it is not quite ready for primetime? They have told us they envision many other related products and have talked about what those might be.

Right now the company focus is on re-creating the company. Dealing with creditors, forging alliances, setting up marketing channels.

For all intents and purposes you can consider that you lost everything on that old company and have just bought into a start-up company that is about two months old.

The part I like about Tom and the creditors all ending up with TMMI common stock is that unless the company does eventually realize revenues and profits they don't get anything either. Somehow I don't think they would be wasting their time if they didn't believe it was going to work. This is our investment and/or hobby but its Tom's, Mike's, David's, Chili's, etc. job and future we're talking about.

I'm just betting they are serious about being successful and am willing to be patient enough to wait and see what happens. I also believe that negative posting on SI does drive off potential investors and depress stock prices. I won't bash you or others for it because I believe in free speech but you should not stick your head in the sand and not think that negative posting is partially responsible for the lower stock price either.

My advice Paul, is to sell if this re-birth situation is too unpleasant for you. Good luck on whatever decision you make.

Bruce
