If it's a billion, that's another consideration, but I don't think it is. It doesn't seem like it's really that hard to get here, and yet illegals make up what, 5% of the population?

Z, come on, are you playing devil's advocate? Have you never thrown a party and had three times as many people show up than you invited? It usually leads to party anarchy. So are you suggested we throw open our borders and let whomever wants to come. That's a formula for trouble.....we might get another 5 million or ten million or possibly 100 million. There is no way of knowing for sure. No country can afford to take that chance.........including this one.
