After an ex-insider started dumping a chunk of his 150K shares, the stock broke issue for the first time, hitting 8 7/8 but closing at 9 3/8. A week later, (after a successful $25MM convertible bond offer was completed) on the heels of WCOM's bid for MCIC, TGRP shot up. Rumor is, in some trade journals, WCOM has purportedly refered to TGRP, creating the appearance of TGRP being another of Ebber's acquisition possibilities. Stock broke into new highs Friday on major volume. Invest at your own risk. Steve
