Mark: It would appear you are 100% correct. Their "intent" appears to be more smoke and mirrors than anything substantive, but sometimes these things take longer than projected (especially when the legal staff is consulted), so maybe there is hope. Although I am flagging on that point. I wish someone could confirm (or deny) the current status. One thing we can all agree on is that management is totally at fault for a dearth of news since their initial PR blitz. Still long, but not liking it... Jeff
