I see some discussion on the deadline for PLNI to file a Form 8-K. The SEC site is difficult to navigate and there can be contradictions between different SEC documents, Regardless of the dates shown on some SEC document pages the rules are probably best 'deciphered' on the law firm sites which tend to be the most current information available. Here's one:

Form 8-K in a Nutshell

Domestic U.S. reporting companies are generally required to file a Form 8-K within four business days of
the occurrence of the following events. This card provides a general overview of the types of events
which require the filing of a Form 8-K. For a much more detailed review of the new Form 8-K
requirements and a discussion of many of the complexities inherent in the new rules, please see our
memorandum entitled “The New Form 8-K: 15 Items Every General Counsel Needs to Know,” dated
August 13, 2004, which can be accessed at www.friedfrank. com.

1.01: Material Definitive Agreement: entry into a material definitive agreement not made in the
ordinary course of business, or a material amendment to such a material definitive agreement.

1.02: Termination of Material Definitive Agreement: termination of a material definitive agreement, if
the termination is material to the company.

1.03: Bankruptcy: initiation of a bankruptcy or receivership, or a court order confirming a plan of
reorganization.
