Charlie - hopefully, you will see daylight soon. As a TA apprentice, 50 dma and 200 dma are crossing over each other as we speak. I don't think it will backfill the gap in the short term. Momentum is +ve. A bit overbought, but not much. As to the question of the telecom menage trois <vbg>, while it may be possible that that got BVSI noticed, I think the recent developments are coming together nicely. 1. semi-new mgt 2. the benefits of product transitions are finally visible 3. ejection of non core and/or profitable segments 4. facility consolidations completed (hopefully) 5. related to item 3, stronger balance sheet with an one time gain of $35M. Boy, I almost convince myself to buy some more! <vbg> rgds Bosco
