Agreed but considering the huge inflows that have kept rates low I believe any shift in trend is noteworthy. With equities rising, mergers compounding, and now even private placements to governments (China) it seems liquidity is shifting away from debt. With more money chasing fewer equities I believe the demands on returns from companies will increase but that will prove difficult with the commensurate rise in debt rates. Ironic but a rising stock market may be what finally balances or kills the debt bubble.
