MIVA Announces Precision Network Release A New Vertical Internet Advertising Network Successful Beta Program Completed; Currently More than 600 Participating Advertisers

MIVA Media, a leading digital advertising network and a division of MIVA, Inc. (NASDAQ: MIVA), today announced the release of its new vertical advertising network, The Precision Network.
The Precision Network, which launched in beta in January 2007, complements MIVA's existing Core Network and broadens MIVA's portfolio of online advertising solutions, which are designed to deliver ads to the right person at the right time. MIVA's Core Network offers broad horizontal distribution through relationships with thousands of third-party websites, helping advertisers to reach an increasingly fragmented consumer audience. MIVA's Precision Network helps advertisers reach targeted consumers through a narrower distribution inside of specific vertical categories.
Through the combination of technology and relationships, MIVA Media's third-party advertising network enables advertisers to cost-effectively reach a significant number of online consumers. In the first quarter of 2007, MIVA's advertising network generated 329 million targeted leads (paid-clicks) for its advertiser base across the U.S. and Europe. MIVA leads are often incremental to ad buys on competing networks given its extensive broad distribution through thousands of third-party websites, its exclusive partnerships with brands like Conde Nast in the U.K., and its new vertically-oriented Precision Network.

The Precision Network remains under a beta program in the U.K.
