Yesterday we saw a perfect example of a Reg FD violation, it occurred on EM300 and it was a voracious move ala short covering. This morning, you guessed it; a PR about a long term supply agreement with a leading company in its field.

A little about the unfolding of Zone 1 & 2 action.
Since the middle of last week I've been sending rabbits into the various holes, small rabbits inviting price erosion, its pretty clear that this tactic works well in a period when lows are the prime agenda item. I expect that we will get the wash out capitulation on some long term inertia by the end of June, but other data suggest late July. This means that stalking should be done incrementally.

Further with so many SIP stories in the higher zones doing so well, I would not begin fractional deconstruction until we get closer to these projected dates. And once closer, we will be well served by broadly diversifying across the entire spectrum including some new ones.

I will continue to update this opinion as a reply as the situation unfolds. Fundamentals remain strong for most of these rinse cycles, many have had clear Rubiks content published leading into this period. Of course, any good news is met with more inertia, furthering the strength of our systemic awareness, where Price is indeed the artifact.

The time window is closing on this long chapter for many of these companies. What an education its been.
