Peter, Sorry for the delay, but just got back from Ireland last night.

Those that receive largess know, going in, that they cannot repay for help, and this makes them feel inadequate which makes them angry at their benefactors. Doesn't make sense to me, but I guess a lot doesn't make sense to me.
