Let me tell a little story, with client accounts across the spectrum of brokers, I've learned how aggressive each trading department is with respect to thier intent to herd investors in particular directions.

I've been working on L08 issues and found that I needed to test Intent, so with each issue I opened small positions in each all at different firms, one issue was trading at 15 cents, it was a joy to behold that my purchase at schwab were moved against immediately, yet this stock had little or no volume for weeks on end....lol its now 12 cents......

to make a long story short, if you want a stock price to go lower, just buy it at cs because thier trading department is the most aggressive against investors choosing stocks not recommended by thier firm.

Time and again the churn metrics here are proven, the rabbit in the hole is smiling up at them and they will never get it..

At the same time; this firm has ranked many of our best performers as F thier lowest rating, and you all know what they have done, so the bottom line is broker dealers are fundamentally in the business of herding capital in the direction of where they have a vested interest. All issues not in thier Program of recommendations are subject to concerted efforts to churn....your financial well being requires understanding the behavior of your chosen facilitator.
