Lucius, re: A plethora of different benchmarks have now been presented to the doubters here on the Intel thread. Those who think the competition hasn't at least temporarily caught up with Intel's technology have their head firmly buried in the sand. I personally wouldn't go as far as to say that K6 or 6X86MX has caught up with PII/PPRO. As you probably know, a lot depends on how the bechmarks/settings are run. Also, the benchmarks I've seen involving NT or a graphics intensive application paint a very different story, with PII superior. joey
