Dale,

TRTC IS OBVIOUSLY GROWING.

TRTC is acquring a business (for possible vertical integration) for cash w/ no share dilution. Stocks trade of FUTURE earnings. This press release is simply not as damning as some people obviously have interpreted it to be((???)) Did anyone expect Universal to add to earnings tommorow? From the posted press release, TRTC has not even acquired Universal yet. But they will . . with no share dilution . . and it should add substantively to earnings on a stock with 2 million shares outstanding.

Also, I started this thread not Ken Weiss. I am not a hypster and I have developed numerous relationship with SI members here who will verify the same.

Lets be very honest. But for the TRTC Friday afternoon release, our stock would be trading in the $17 range poised to enter the $20 range next week.

If those who started the TRTC volume increase continue to buy said price movement will still be in place. As I purchased based on that and not based solely on the last few days action, my rationale for buying remains intact. Remember, FY99 occurs in CY98, and TRTC has had dramatic increases in earnings and cash balance BEFORE this planned acquisition due to cost cutting, etc. It is TRTC's excellent cash position which has allowed it to acquire Universal without share dilution.

I agree this recent co. press release has potential to shake the trees; however, any company which has goodfundamentals, low float, powerful recent volume, cash, increasing earnings on low revenue and is purchasing going concerns for integration is doing very well and poised for growth IMHO.

Don't get me wrong. The press release and resultant price drop has pissed me off.

Yet, I see many other factors which indicate that TRTC is a boomer.

For those who bought in over the current price, I would recommend that you stay as those who initially created this volume know something.
However, anyone who employs strict trading guideline with stop-losses should adhere to their rules.

I guess all I have to say is the volume came FAR BEFORE the SI thread did and this thread was not started as a "shill."

Next weeks trading action will speak volumes. Remember we have a very small float and this kind of trading action should be expected.

One thing I will research is how many shares caused the drop from
$17.

Stephen
