Inventory levels

When a company offers a rebate this is a sure sign of excess inventory or slowing demand.

1. US Robotics is also offering rebates, lowering prices and I think we are getting saturation points in the modem market.

2. Dataquest has estimated Microsoft Windows 95 sales are less than forecast. The only strong sales of WIndows 95 is in new units.

I think fair market value for Iomega is around $9 - 11. I do agree accumulation of this stock is an opportunity now.
