Sorry to hear about your suffering LC. My discomfort is miner compared to yours. Mostly just my hands. I had a little flare up recently and was eating tons of tomatoe sauce on a diet. I had no idea.

I thought maybe the extra protein (eggs) was the problem. Until recently I did not even need to take aspirin.

I was eating a high carbohydrate diet previously and will go back to it except for cold water fish.

Anyway, I always wish you the best.
