Again when its shown that your facts are wrong, you change the subject. Nothing inherently wrong in changing the subject but you act as if your not changing the subject, pretending you have refuted a point (or falsely believing you have) by bringing up an irrelevant point.

What Bush may have said about reducing forces, doesn't change the fact that the forces aren't nearly doubling. If you want to say that whether or not the forces are doubling doesn't matter, then fine, but if it doesn't matter you shouldn't have bothered arguing for the idea that was both false and unimportant.
