Company filed their DEF 14A at the SEC and it is available at: sec.gov I have only scanned the document but some things appear interesting. Some of the previous options granted have been repriced. Wish I could do this with some of my past stock holdings, what a great way to turn a loser into a winner. Also noticed that certain option grants will be increased from 3,000 to 10,000. Another great way to overcome a declining stock. One particular point I like is certain options will be priced on October 30, 1997. Could we be lucky enough to buy stock on that day at a very low price. Don't get me wrong, I like the potential that this company has. One big VOD order and it's off to the races. I guess what I am trying to say is do not expect this stock to moon launch this coming Monday. Be patient, buy a lot of stock at these low prices. It seems that most small companies always take longer to get the good news out than we investor would like.
