News flash--- The Goddess of Money is so bullish she advises lump sum investment into US stocks now! This is in contrast to Brinker's long standing dollar cost average recommendation. She took a call today from someone with a recent six-figure inheritance which had been out of the market and needed to go in. She advised him to get in now, because this market is strong and she doesn't see much downside risk here. He asked further what she thought about BB's dollar cost average recommendation and she said that would be "OK if he wanted to do that", but the main thing is he should get in the market because things look great right now!
