Restructuring announcement today... Message 23569393 The ML assessment in April forecast spending reductions, this may exceed that. But since then Daniel Loeb and Third Point have taken an interest in CVTX, so the cuts may not be enough to satisfy them. Loeb's interest has spurred share price appreciation in other companies; LGND and PDLI for example, but at the expense of future growth... Well, not that LGND had much left anyway. graham --
