I expect NOV to report .20 for Q1 1998. Revenues could be about $365 million. That would be a 67% increase in EPS, and a 75% increase in revenues from Q1 1997.

In the quarters following the NCES IPO, NOV will continue to report 77% of NCES revenues and income as part of NOV's results, because NOV will own 77% of NCES. Also, NOV's assets and book value should increase due to the IPO of NCES, although it depends how NOV accounts for the asset value of its NCES investment.
