I believe Gateway's strategy has always been to offer the best technology to their customers as quickly as possible. Is this another sign indicating the market for the "high end" processors is decreasing while the "low end" is increasing. Also, nice to see that the K6 does not have to compete with the PII in order to compete in the "sweet spot." I guess it's basically a manufacturing problem at this point in time.
