They said there was a "air pocket" in March. U.S. firms
were slow to buy because of macroeconomic speculation
that was occurring at the time, talk of housing and other
slow downs.

NTAP said that business picked up in April but they weren't
able to build their normal level of backlog going into the
next quarter, their fiscal year Q1. So, they dropped
revenue targets for Q1.

Either this was a one time thing or there may be something
else out there. NTAP did say they "think" they will be
able to hit their expected close to 30% year-to-year growth
this next fiscal year yet, they decided not to give official
guidance beyond Q1.

So, NTAP is cautious looking forward and hence the stock
price will reflect that caution. Going into the doldrums
of summer, I suspect we're going to see some good buying
opportunities going into the summer and early fall.

The investment houses are probably getting out of the stock
today and will issue their downgrades later today or
tomorrow.
