Herm, you are right about hanging in there on VVUS. If Jeff Vinik bought 7.2% of VVUS he had to be sure it would not sink immediately on him. He was probably the one behind our first jump in the low 30's.

The article is pointing out that there is some cause for concern since his "Modus operandi" is to get in big, spike the price, and then dump everything as soon as enough trend followers jump on board. The article seems to overplay it, however, when they say " In less than two weeks, with no other news, Vivus soared to 38." - it doesn't sound like they looked very hard for news.

Incidentally, what software do you like for TA and historic research? "Windows on Wall Street"?
