Mark, do you think the litigation and rulings are hanging over AVNT?

Of course they are. But a lot of people are being led by AVNT's PR. Also there are so many claims of stolen technology in Silicon Valley, that many are just writing this one off. However, I do not believe that there has been such a case involving the arrest of top management.

What concerns me is that people are looking at earnings. And if it turns out that management consists of criminals, then why should we believe the numbers?

There are so many Cadence and Avant! employees lurking on this thread, it's too bad we cannot hear from some of them. I think that the conversation would get very interesting.
