Thanks for the info. First two items sound good but seem insufficient to be the cause of OCGT's resurgence. Could item three be the main force here? Could it also substantially change the financials of the company to make a move off the Small Cap list possible?

It will be good to have some news out. It will be very bad if expected news does not materialize.
