"You do know there wasn't a deliberate policy to hit civilian targets" were you in the meetings ???? Lincoln and Lee wanted to take the war to the civilians to put political pressure on the leaders. You think they were the only ones to think of that ? Maybe you can explain why FDR ordered to Jimmy Doolittle to bomb Tokyo. Was Doolittle aiming for factories??? Gee the FACTS must be bothersome for you.
