Oh... that one. :-) An 'insider trading' charge... back during the Reagan era... in a FRENCH COURT (& affecting French principals, by the way... :-), disputed to this very day by Soros himself, who claims he made a simple investment that increased in value... no 'insider knowledge' at all.... Fines paid to the authorities decades ago. (And a charge that, apparently, to this very day the S.E.C., in it's infinite wisdom, has not cared to take notice of, nor disadvantage Soros over in any way here Stateside.... :-) Hey, I hear that France wants to bring some charges against Boeing too... and Haliburton faces a host of foreign charges... and Exxon... and charges may be entered in the 'World court' against George Bush for 'crimes against humanity'... I'm SURE you are gonna care JUST AS MUCH about them, as you do this one little French affair. :-)
