btw, do you know of a good solid hispanic media company in usa that is publicly traded .. The largest, Univision was recently taken private although it appears to be still trading in Mexico and Europe: ir.univision.net files.shareholder.com The second largest Latino television station in the US, Telemundo, is owned by NBC, which in turn is owned by GE.
