Have you considered the possibility that the 1:1000 restructure has nothing to do with the BK? The lack of any additional comment on it from the company places a giant question mark on it as far as I'm concerned. Not a single reference to the BK in the PR. Remember, they had earlier indicated that they were going to do a mid-year share restructure in filings. This is a July 3 filing deadline. That is as mid-year as you can get. Just seems very, very wierd. A tender offer take weeks of paperwork to prepare. One day after the BK it was announced. Then nothing. Very, very strange to me.
